Join an event

Select a public hall or enter the PIN provided by your organizer. Ask the organizer if the hall is missing or the PIN has expired.

If captions do not appear

Check your internet connection, hall and selected language. New captions may not be available before broadcasting starts or after it ends. The app attempts to reconnect after a connection loss.

Listen to captions

Tap Listen to hear translated captions. Check your device volume and audio output. Stopping speech playback does not stop caption delivery.

What to include in a support request

Include the event name, time, selected language, device type, app version and a description of the problem. Do not send PINs, passwords, API keys or unnecessary personal information.
